The name zōıa stems from the word ζωή, which means “life” in Greek. We are set into creating life into spaces, through advanced living & working concepts.

Stavros is carrying significant experience in consulting & management, business development & Real Estate in SE Europe. He has led activities for MNEs & brands such as Sephora, Starbucks, M&S, Carrefour & Selina Hospitality.

Track record in Commercial RE, M&As, restructurings, franchise networks development & management, retail & hospitality operations. He holds a BSc in Economics & an MSc in Applied Economics & Finance from Athens University of Econ. & Business.


Chief Investment Officer

Gil brings several years of real estate acquisitions, marketing, and sales expertise. He was previously with Shikun & Binui Real Estate Group responsible for residential sales and marketing, with over 700 apartment sales achieved at over 100 million shekel value.

Gil founded the “Israeli Center for Real Estate Consumers “a business providing financial, engineering, and legal diligence services for purchasers of private dwellings.


Chief Financial Officer

Anastasios brings significant corporate and project finance experience, with Deloitte and Octane Management Consultants. He has been engaged on M&A, valuations, privatizations, strategic developments, and business plans for industry leaders, including PE, banks and the Greek State.

His industry expertise focuses on Real Estate, Tourism & Leisure and Banking sectors. Anastasios holds an MSc Finance from Loughborough University and a BSc in Business, Economics & Finance from University of Surrey, both from the UK.


Senior Asset Manager

Vasiliki brings a significant experience in the real estate sector with expertise on asset management, investment appraisals and asset recovery strategy. She has a track record in largescale portfolio underwriting, project management and deal structuring in well-established companies.

She holds an MSc in Actuarial and Risk Management from University of Piraeus, an MSc in Applied Statistics from National Technical University of Athens and a BSc in Statistics and Insurance from University of Piraeus.


Commercialization Manager

Katerina has significant experience in people-relations, having worked in different environments, managing teams of various backgrounds. She started from technical roles in TERNA, leading listed Greek group in infrastructure and energy and then moved to real estate and hospitality by joining Selina Hospitality.

In ZOIA she is leading the asset commercialization and business development scqueme. She has a BSc in Economic & Mining Geology from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.


Senior Development Manager

Eleni is an awarded Architect with more than 12 years of experience in Architecture, Interior Design and Project Management. She has designed several projects of various nature and scale, developing an extended expertise in the Hospitality and Residential sectors.

She holds a Diploma in Architectural Engineering from the Polytechnic School of Patras and two Master Degrees in Architecture, both awarded by the Polytechnic University of Catalonia (UPC-Barcelona).


Construction Manager

Kostas is α mechanical engineer and project manager with more than 25 years in medium and large-scale projects.

He has successfully completed over 200 projects in Greece & Southeastern Europe for international Retail brands, industrial and residential projects, responsible for the construction of hundreds of thousands SQM developments.


Investment Manager

Vassilis brings experience in the areas of corporate finance and risk advisory, previously worked at QQuant, Deloitte and Ernst & Young. Has advised large private equity funds in the acquisition of NPL portfolios and in Structured Finance Investments.

He is a CFA Charter holder, holds an MSC in Financial Engineering and Risk Management from Imperial College Business School, an MSc in Finance from Warwick Business School and a BSc in Accounting and Finance from Athens University of Economics and Business.


Finance and Compliance Manager

Stella brings over 10 years of experience with 4 years in various Finance segments. She supervises the Accounting and Finance team and is responsible for the Investment and Corporate Compliance.

Stella is a graduate of Surveying and Geoinformatics Engineering, from the West Attica University. She holds an MSc in the Real Estate Economics from Panteio University.


Marketing Lead

Sofia is a marketer bringing experience in the areas of digital marketing, content creation & communication. She has previously worked in the marketing department for start-ups, a prop-tech company, an advertising agency, and VODAFONE GREECE.

All with the target to create content, digital presence, communication strategies, social media management, brand awareness. She aspires to create meaningful content and produce results. She holds an MSc in International Marketing & Communications and BSc in Economics & Business.


Product Manager

Maria-Thaleia has 7 years of experience in customer care roles and the Real Estate Industry. She has participated in numerous projects for different local and international leading companies, such as Airbnb.

Her main responsibilities were Customer Support, Property Consulting and Management. She studied Civil Engineering in National Technological University of Athens. She speaks fluently three languages.


Facility Manager

Panos has 6 years of experience as a Project Management Engineer. He has been managing and coordinating between project stakeholders, maintaining archive logs, Customer Support and On-site inspections.

He holds a BSc in Civil Engineering.


Design & Development Associate

Marios is a creative and innovative architect with more than 5 years of experience in architecture, interior design and construction.

He excels at developing construction drawings, generating high quality 3D models, monitoring the onsite workmanship and conducting market research. He studied Architecture, Interior Design & Industrial design.


Group Accounting Manager

Maria has over 6 years of experience in providing Audit and Tax services spanning various industries like Real Estate, Telecommunications, Hospitality, Government, Investment, Pharmaceutical and Education.

She holds a BSc in Business and Public Administration from the University of Cyprus and is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. She is responsible for leading the accounting process at Zoia.


Greece Accounting Manager

Maria has over 8 years experience in accounting and audit. She has been involved in group consolidation projects, and she has experience in entities liquidation, company formations and registration services for Local and European companies.

Maria received an MSc from the Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Auditors of Greece (IESOEL) and a BSc in Accounting and Finance, School of Management and Finance from the Technological Educational Institute of Crete.


Accounting Associate

Maria has 5 years experience in accounting, with expertise in bookkeeping. As a part of ZOIA is responsible for balancing the books. Her first steps were in a trading company where she was responsible for the daily cash management and monthly reconciliations.

She holds a Master in Accounting and Auditing from University of Piraeus and studied accounting in the Technological Institute of Mesolongi.


Accounting Assistant

Nafsika is an accounting assistant. She brings 4 years of experience as an accountant and she is a member of Zoia team since 2021.

She has significant experience handling the ERP system and she is responsible for ZOIA Group bookkeeping in Greece. She holds a BSc in Business Administration and Management, from the University of Macedonia.


Administrative Manager - Greece

Tenia brings years of experience working in cross-cultural environments.

She has been head of an IT team in one of Greece’s leading banking institutions, and has developed and consulted on a number of new business ventures, as well as personally managed a Luxury villa hospitality complex.


Administrative Assistant

Xenia is an undergraduate of the Economic and Regional Development department of Panteion University of Athens and continues in the same university with her postgraduate studies in the field of Real Estate at the Department of Real Estate Economics.
