Amalias 40, the most recent ZOIA real estate project has been completed.
Originally built in 1977, overlooking the statue of Alexander the Great and close to the Pillars of the Olympian Zeus, the office building on 40 Vasilissis Amalias Avenue is finally gaining a new narrative after it was burned and vandalized in 2010.
A total of 3.120 sqm, with 2,135 sqm office space, more than 20 underground parking spaces and a magnificent rooftop overlooking the breath-taking views of the whole Athens basin, this building is set to standout as one of Athens's most attractive state of the art real estate projects.

Office Complex in the heart of Athens | The amazing case of ZOIA Amalias
Originally built in 1977, overlooking the statue of Alexander the Great and close to the Pillars of the Olympian Zeus, an office building on 40 Vasilissis Amalias Avenue is finally gaining a new narrative after it was burned and vandalized in 2010. Located in a prestigious area of Athens, ZOIA’s vision behind the project revolved around reusing & restoring the city’s 70s asset, by giving it a new identity while creating a sustainable, cost saving & LEED certified premium building.
After a challenging permit procedure with the local authorities (approvals by the Architectural Committee, the New Monuments Committee and the Central Archaeological Committee) the building permit was issued on July 2022. The construction was initiated on August of the same year, expected to be finalized by March 2023 to house Netcompany – Intrasoft’s management offices.

Keeping the tradition, Cheap art's annual art exhibition featured multiple international artists, taking place inside all levels of the magnificent building of ZOIA Rethymnou.
Masterchef Season Premiere trailer in ZOIA Ipitou
Masterchef Greece, filmed its season premiere trailer in a ZOIA portfolio property. The townhouse building of Ipitou str. in the heart of Plaka, the most historic neighborhood of Athens, hosted Masterchef's judges for a memorable trailer shoot. Masterchef is a very beloved reality TV show.
GNTM Final in ZOIA Patission
Greece's Next Top Model, one of the most popular reality TV shows, filmed its season finale in one of ZOIA's property. The historic building of 65 Patission str., welcomed the TV shows finalists in its premises receiving in the mean time a large attention from the show's audience.
ZOIA's 2022 Holiday Celebrations Event
In an event full of shine and smiles that took us back to the '20s, this year ZOIA put on its festive decorations and welcomed friends and collaborators at the emblematic building of 65 Patision str.
