The property is located at 65, 28th October (Patision) Street, in the center of Athens.

The area has several theaters, many bookstores, publishing houses and printing shops. With all this interaction of uses, the area of the Museum is now characterized by social, age, functional and architectural richness. This commercial building, which measures 700 sqm per floor, was built in 1923.  The size and shape of this building was an epitome in the evolving image of Athens at that period. Aesthetically, it is distinguished by a fluid late eclecticism, while at the same time it utilizes the “modern” reinforced concrete construction.

This Commercial property on Voukourestiou Street, in the neighborhood of Kolonaki, a privileged area in the heart of the city of Athens, less than 500 meters from Syntagma Square. Kolonaki is a neighborhood with numerous multi–storey buildings which are distinguished by their various architectural styles and decorations, dating back mostly to the first half of the 20th century. The five–storey building was constructed around 1936 and it is still in excellent condition. Its architectural style refers to the Modernism of the 1920s and 1930s. The characteristic feature of the building’s façades is the use of partially built balconies creating bay window spaces widely known as “erker”. The property consists of two underground floors (basement and semi-basement floors), ground floor, and 4 above ground floors. The total gross floor area is approximately 1.210 sq.m..
