About the property

The property is located at Exarchia district, on a narrow single-lane street parallel to the Alexandras Avenue and is very close to the “Pedion Areos” Park, currently one of the greatest green-zones in Athens. The location of the building is close to the administrative and commercial center of the city of Athens and it is well served by means of public transportation, such as bus lines, trolley bus lines and the Athens Metro. The property’s location is predominantly a residential area. The majority of buildings near it have small-scale retail/commercial uses on the ground floor and residences/business offices on the upper floors. Economic activity in the area is focused on services sector.

The three storey building (basement, ground floor and 2 floors) was constructed at the 1930s and has a total built area of 1.191 sq.m., while it allows for the construction of an additional floor. The façade and the plan are designed with symmetry, whereas the inside of the building has high ceilings and a central staircase with marble slabs.

The Neighborhood

Exarchia, hosts a jumble of pre-war townhouses and ageing post-war apartment buildings.
