This commercial building, which measures 700 sqm per floor, was built in 1923.  The size and shape of this building was an epitome in the evolving image of Athens at that period. Aesthetically, it is distinguished by a fluid late eclecticism, while at the same time it utilizes the “modern” reinforced concrete construction.

This landmark listed building is located in the heart of Piraeus, at a distance of approximately 200 meters from the Piraeus port. The building is located close to the commercial center and it hosts the Municipality of Piraeus. This Commercial property on Voukourestiou Street, in the neighborhood of Kolonaki, a privileged area in the heart of the city of Athens, less than 500 meters from Syntagma Square. The five–storey building was constructed around 1936 and it is still in excellent condition. Its architectural style refers to the Modernism of the 1920s and 1930s. The characteristic feature of the building’s façades is the use of partially built balconies creating bay window spaces widely known as “erker”.
